Waking up late and its a good thing that the classes were suspended due to inclement weather. But still, I’m feeling that I don’t have the right to keep calm and have fun while some of my fellowmen were suffering by this very moment.
So I’m persuading everyone, please pray for the Filipinos in Philippines. Some of our countrymen were having a very hard time regarding the bad weather. One of the river in Metro Manila - the Marikina River is rising continuously and the rain’s not stopping.
And as of now, the Marikina River, rises to 20.1 meters - above critical level (said to be OVERFLOWING already) - and the alarm warning just went off, meaning it already reached the spilling level. (Normal level: 13m) It is now under alert level 5 and force evacuation is ongoing.
Let us all take a little moment pray for the safety of our countrymen who were evacuated and those who are stuck in floods. God Bless and Stay Safe.
